100 Birds

I've always been fascinated by birds, as they travel in three dimensions and are always moving through space. All of these images were taken within 50 miles of each other, as I conceived of the piece as an exploration of landscape. A bird relies on land but is free from it; a bird's relationship to the land is unique.
